Currently, my research interests focus on a better understanding of soil organic matter dynamics in representative Mediterranean soils from Southern Spain, with special emphasis from natural and managed ecosystems including forest, dehesas and agricultural systems under different management strategies.
This thesis is funded by a FPI contract from the Spanish Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports, ref. FPI2017/079811.

July 2018 – present. PhD researcher at University of Seville (US), working at IRNAS-CSIC. Supervised by José A. González Pérez and Rafael Núñez. Funded by an FPI contract (ref. FPU2017/079811).
Dec. 2016 – May 2017. PhD student and research technician at University of Granada (UGR), at Soil Sciences and Agricultural Chemistry Department. Supervised by Emilia Fernández Ondoño and Irene Ortiz Bernad. Funded by the project CGL-2013-46665-R, from the Spanish Ministry of Education, Culture.
June 2016 – Sept. 2016. Internship at Uniwersytet Technologiczno-Przyrodniczy (UTP) in Bydgoszcz (Poland). Funded by the Erasmus + Program. Supervised by Anna Seniczak.
